Truth is, that when i practice kegel while lying down or on the move, i feel
like im doing
a "better job" than while sitting on a chair, as i feel the pc contract is
"cleaner",
while practicing sitting on a chair i usually find myself contracting other
areas as well-
like the anus.
which method is more effective?
