Pkak:
I doubt if it make any difference. I'm certain there is no research
on this question.
Moreover, on of the most famous articles on men and pc exercise
was published in Playgirl about 25 years ago -- it described "The
Towel Trick" and advocated using the muscles to raise and lower
the angle of the dangle with (1) a handkerchief, (2) a wash cloth,
(3) and hand towel, and finally (4) a bath towel hanging over it.
I can dig it out of my files if anyone is interested enough to write
me directly.

I'D LIKE TO ASK IF MEN KEGELS PRACTICED WHILE PENIS IS ERECTED HAVE
DIFFERENT EFFECT (MORE
EFFECTIVE, HARMFUL OR HAS NO EFFECT AT ALL) THAN WHILE "RELAXED"?
THANKS!
