Hello all from the land of oz,

The final touches to our information booklet on the World's 2004 and PART 1
is now parked on the IRSF website which you can access by clicking the
address below.

Don't forget to go to page 20 of this booklet to register your initial
interest in attending the World's 2004 by mailing your anticipated numbers
of skippers and parents/coaches to:

At this stage, there is no financial obligation and all we are seeking by
December 15th, is a guesstimate of how many skippers and coaches/parents
will attend. The first deposit is due February 29th. Already we have 75
people booked in, with 10 months to go. Parents are also welcome to stay on
site to take advantage of the cheap accommodation, however should we pass
the limit of 400, preference will be given to skippers and coaches, then
parents and friends on a first in first served basis. The layout of a wing
is 5 rooms, containing 6, 6, 3, 6 and 6 persons. We recommend that each 6
person room contain a team of 5 plus one adult.

More tid bits of info will follow on a regular basis. We know you will all
have the time of your lives.
