Having problems with message search?
HEy, i have a plastic jumprope, and they way we determined is we would put our feet int the middle of the rope, and then hold the handles, and they should come up to just a little lower that your underarm, i hope this works, (but if you are going to harder tricks, like double unders, than you will want it shorter,)
