Re: [Jump Rope] some advice

My fitness/fatloss improved when I took up
skipping, after 2 years of "taking a break" from my
daily 6mile jog.
This my routine:
I warm up with at least 3 yoga poses/stretches(2 sets
each)
and speed skip to 3.20 mins dance tracks.I continue
this for about 45mins,with 50sec rests in between.
I try to do 30mins calisthenics every other day.
