I think it will be better if you do four sets of five minutes. After each 5
min set you can do some exercise like 30 degree situps for 1 min instead of
2 min break. This woun't let your body cool down Also the time slot of
work-out matters...like if you do it in the morning before break-fast you
will burn more fat. Gradually you can increase the time for each set. If you
do the first set for 5 minutes make sure your last set is atleast 5 min as
well. I lost 27 Kilos in 4 months time by combining skipping with jogging
routine. I jog for 4 days a week and do skipping workout for 3 days
inbetween or when weather restricts me to indoor. BTW results can vary
person to person :). Best of luck pal.
