I would like to know certain things.I am trying to loose weight and
for that i use jump rope.I jump the rope for nine minutes continuous
and then take a two minute break and then jump the rope again for
five minutes and then take a minute break and finally end by jumping
rope for three minutes.Can someone from this group tell me that my
way of jump rope is right or wrong or in what i can improve it so
that my weight loss is effective.Thank you in advance
