I understand u have very many theories about which shoes are best, I
like shoes with much air-concussion (running shoes) but I think the
shoes aren't the thing. It's just a combination of intensity of the
training (or workout), the time you do it, and the sort of jumping
you do..
I've been to 3 European Championships and I advice you to wear
whatever you like, as long as it feels good.. whenever you get pain
or it doesn't fele godd.. stop.. as soon as possible..
