Thank you Selvei,
I will use the weights very sparingly. Right now I've been using them
at the very end of my daily work-out, but I can see where they'd take a
toll over a period of time. I have another question, what do you do when
you reach a plateau? Like I mentioned I have been working out for years
and I have really strong legs, and good stamina but it feels like I have
reached a certain point (I hope this makes sense). How can I get out of
the rut and is there a way to push myself even harder without having to
jump rope all day long. I have a very busy schedule but I always make
time to fit the work-out in my schedule regardless. Well, I have more
questions but I'll space them out. I also want to say that I am so happy
to have found a list with other people who share the same passion :-)
Unless someone jumps as we do, its hard for them to share the
enthusiasm..Landa
