Selvei,
I've heard lots of conflicting advice about the proper shoes for
skipping, and am currently using the kind of shoe designed for
playing badminton, i.e., where there's lots of jumping around. They
offer support, but are not cushioned, say, to the same degree as
running shoes. Is there any particular style of shoe you'd recommend
for jumping: running, x-training, badminton, etc?
Thanks,
Peter
