Hi
I am 32 yrs old, Indian, living in India, Male, 5'9" (175 cms) 80 kgs. I am
not interested in any competetion or records. I only want to know, if
somebody has an idea, if this much skipping is bad for an otherwise sedentry
person, and if there are any specific nutritional requirements, as I am a
vegeterian
Best regards

:-)
Hi Anurag Lohia,
Can you tell me how old / young you are and from what country?!?!?!
4500 jumps..... It's a lot!!!!
But way too much for regular competition.
But to slow for World Championships.
World record 30'' jump = 180 jumps (= 360 one minute)
3 minutes = ± 900 jumps (= ± 300 jumps one minute)
I know Erik Happaerts has a site with individual scores in competition, but
I don't know the site by heart and I can't access it right now. Try surfing
to http://www.erso.org and then through [Countries], perhaps Belgium OR
[Other].
Bye, bye for now,

The list website has been updated -- after much guilt in not paying ANY
attention to it. Now has a message board, a chat room, links, and more! If
anyone has any action shots they'd like to send in for greeting cards, send
some my way, thanks! - GarlandGrl@... (Ginny)

I have been doing 4500 rounds of skipping, doing them in about 35 mins, ie
130 RPM. Is it too much or too fast.
Can anybody tell me
Anurag Lohia
