That sounds like a good workout. I assume you alternate your feet and
turn the rope once for each step that you do.

You may wish to vary it on alternate workout days with a power workout
which would include intervals of 30 seconds of faster speed jumping with
30 seconds of resting. You could do 2 sets of 10 repetitions. Another
option would be double turns or double unders. Attempt as many double
unders as possible for 20 oer 30 secodns and then rest for 20 or 30
seconds in between.

This will build power and strength

Be sure to warm up well and stretch well afterwards
