Hello everyone...
It's been a while, but I finally got my camera in order and added a clip of
me doing a portion of my single rope freestyle on the home page. The clip
takes a long time to load (I should know, I have DSL and it still took a few
minutes), so I'm going to have to find a better way of condensing it, but I
think it's worth having on the page because it would be great for people who
are not associated with jump rope, to know what it's like.
Again, we have a few new members and I hope we will all welcome them with
open arms and a little more chat. Thanks Eric, for updating us on changes to
the Erso page! Again, if anyone has any video they would be will like to
send me to add to the home page or any pictures too, I would be extremely
greatful.

Is anyone going to any camps this summer? Or have any great tricks to share?
Lots of changes have been taking place in USAJRF I've noticed through the
newsletters, any comments on that? I think all of the changes sound like
they're for the better, especially being able to hold Nationals in a gym.
