I use a Sony DSC 707 with a built in Carl Zeiss macro lens.  I bought it at Circuit City.
 
I'd be happy to show iris pics I've take with it.

Jorge, a simple cheap digital camera with macro would do just fine. Of course, you have professional iridologists here in the group who will be more than happy...
