I've had a number of Thai massages as well as spa treatments in
Thailand. I had one treatment at a VERY upscale spa, and yes, they
did work my entire chest. Please keep in mind that the Thai do not
have the same "sexual" hang ups that westerners, particuarly
Americans, have. During my scrubs, they would get to every nook and
cranny on my body, and no, not for a moment did I think that my
therapist was doing something out of line. I have usually been
asked before hand if if is ok if they rub my chest, but I found that
this is only asked in the more upscale spas, not the less expensive
authentic Thai huts. I hope this helps.
