Beautiful Sebastopol Location

Traditional Thai Massage is an act of meditation for both giver and receiver. It
incorporates the best stretches from traditional Hatha Yoga, the depth of
auyurvedic medicine, and Chinese acu-point theory.It is rooted in and
practiced with a sense of Bhuddist spiritual serenity. It is luxurious,
challenging, intimate, and deeply therapeutic. You will learn the form of Nuad
Bo - Rarn, as it has been practiced in the Wats (temples) for almost 2500
years. The first weekend will give you form, technique, and floor body
mechanics. The second weekend will help you flow with a 2 hour treatment.
The third weekend will give you a working knowledge of the primary 10 sen
lines and strategies for low back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, and a deeper
focus on abdominal massage. This beautiful and ancient bodywork form is
becoming a popular offering at many spas, such as Osmosis Enzyme Bath
and Spa and the Spa Hotel Healdsburg.
