Hi Spyder, the course starts with an Introduction email, and after that it's up to you when you get each lesson. There's an instruction at the bottom of each lesson (what to call the reply email so I recognise it, and also feedback I ask for from each exercise.)  If you'd like the course, send me an email (create a new personal email, don't just hit reply from the instant manifestation group!) with 'Applying Love to Myself course' in the subject.  I'll send you the Introduction and you can take it from there!  Could you also put your name in the body of the email if your email address is anything other than 'spyder@ something or other' so I can relate the email with you? I have quite a few doing the course, all at different points, so I do need you to follow any instructions about replying each time, or I'll get confused and send the wrong lesson!  This applies to anyone else in the group too, send me a personal email (Create New) if you'd like to take part (with Applying Love to Myself course' in the subject!)
