here are some exercises which will help everyone manifest. I also

The fountain of youth by Peter Kelder which gives simple exercises to
reverse the aging process
and explains how to use mantras to manifest abundance health and
happiness

Here is a great practice I do that really strengthens ones power and
centering. Sit in a straight-back chair with feet square on the
floor and hands on upper legs, with back straight. Feel chakras,
feel "vertical" light moving up and moving downs through your body.
There are two energy flows that should be moving all the time through
a person. One moves from the earth up through the chakras and out
the crown, and the other moves down through the crown and out the
base chakra (1 st). Consciously tune in to each of these flows one
at a time. Then, tune into them both at once. (this should be a
rush). Then, Add in the 8th chakra over your head, and add in a
chakra under your chair, directly beneath your first. This is the
earth chakra below your feet balancing the juice from the 8 th
chakra. Inflate the 8th and earth chakras, making a dumbbell shape.
The pipe in the dumbbell becomes your "vertical" which runs through
all of your body chakras. Meditate on this energy configuration,
keeping your attention split between and equally balanced between the
8 th and the earth. This practice helps you be able to hold on to
both "worlds" solidly at once without losing grounding or connection
to the divine. This one will also increase your ability to manifest
on earth plane.
