Though I have downloaded the first file this morning without problems, when I try to download the second file (ie chimes) I still just get redirected to a message, which says:  “You are not authorized to view this page”.  That was what happened the first day I joined, before my ‘membership’ was recognised.

I have even tried turning off the computer and restarting it to see if there was something in the settings, but still get the same response.  Any more ideas anyone?

Have another go at the chimes - if I can download it, then so can you!
