Okay, thanx. I tried EFT but didn't have much luck with it. None that I know of, in fact. Maybe I'm asking for the wrong things or doing it wrong. But I followed the tapping directions to a "T".

Seems a lot of trouble to just drop everything else one's hands are doing to do the tapping & repeat phrases too. And keep doing it over & over again, dropping other things to do the tapping umpteen times a day or night. It became a nuisance with no results for me.
