Hearing from Tim about the amazing changes in his life since he and I
formed the Instant Manifesting group has reminded me how good it is
to share successes with others!  I know I've never really been good
at that, myself - in our family we were often warned about 'showing
off' and being 'big-headed' so it seems I've just ignored any
successes and focused on helping other people achieve theirs!

It's so important to enjoy the results of our efforts, no matter how
small; I'm making real efforts to be aware and do this, and for me
it's really the missing link!  I'm enjoying so much more of my day
and finding there's a natural rhythm to it I've been ignoring.

So my suggestion to everyone reading this is; pay attention to the
ending of tasks, and really give yourself some appreciation for
absolutely everything you do! Appreciation and acceptance are vital
components in the manifesting wheel, and if we're blocking them we're
setting ourselves up for anxiety, powerlessness and a feeling of
failure. If you're only ever starting things and never 'consciously'
finishing them - like me! - then life becomes a bigger and bigger
struggle with no rewards.

I'm doing email EFT sessions with people at the moment, working on
any issues they have which is causing fear, lmitations or avoidance
in their lives; it's amazing how it quickly tracks down the root of
any problem, and I love the way I'm learning about our wonderful
energy system, thoughts beliefs and feelings, through doing it. I
will happily work with any members of the group for free, or for a
donation only - it takes around an hour usually (though one session
was over 2 hours! I'm going to set a limit of an hour in advance for
free sessions - that's plenty of time to make major inroads and often
to completely clear up very troubling issues! If you have any
problem, emotional or physical, and you'd like an hour of EFT, email
me. I'll ask you to visit the emofree site to learn about it if you
don't already know, and to practice the short tapping procedure once
or twice to get familiar with it. Then we can book a time and go for
it!
