Hi All,

I just got a great CD called Manifesting with the
Angels by Doreen Virtue. She takes you on a guided
meditation/visualisation, to manifest your dreams one
year from today. It is so powerful, and at the end she
asks you to imagine everything inside your heart, and
coat it with a bubble of white light and take it down
through the body to the navel, push it out and let the
angels take it to heaven.

I really recommend it, there is a lot of very subtle
guidance in the dialogue.
