RAST Allergy Levels

As I understand it, Rick, Rast tests measure the level of venom
specific IgE in the blood and based on that level they can then
measure the level of allergy reaction of your body.

You were a grade three and I was a only a grade 1 but I understand
from the doctors that there is no definite relationship between the
level of the anaphylaxis reaction and the level of the test result.

I had the worst grade 4 anaphylaxis reaction and yet apparently only
the mildest allergy to wasps - wierd!

The important thing is that Richard's allergy has been confirmed and
that he has started treatment.

Its going to be exciting stuff!!

Best wishes to all

David
