Keeping cool under venom immunotherapy is not easy but you just have
to keep really focused on the end result - which is the freedom to
be out there with your friends and family in the fresh air enjoying
the outside life again. It is worth it.

It is not unusual to have the odd reaction whilst undergoing venom
immunotherapy - skin rashes are the most common - and your allergist
is doing completely the right thing by taking you back to lower
doses. Just be patient and be focused on the whole reason you are
there and you will not be beaten!
