Does anyone know what tests are necessary for a delayed systemic reaction to wasp/bee stings? The RAST test came up positive to moderate and high strengths after 12 hours and IgE was negative in the blood test. History of severe systemic reaction after 12 hours to a wasp and a bee sting. Is a different test required/possible? Does anyone have any experience of delayed reactions?
