Is this a first of the season?

 

Sitting in Grindlewald, Switzerland ( 1050m) after an afternoon skiing. Lovely cafe and sitting on a sunny terrace  looking at the snow, when 2 (yes 2) wasps flew buy! Later that day another flew past my son at a bus stop!

 

Global warming maybe??? but this seems very early!
