>Hi Mike ive dealt with panic attacks in the past and they do suck!!
the whole venom shot thing tends to make some of us very anxious i
went through it in the build up phase myself full blown panic
attacks no fun!! it has nothing to do with the venom its the idea
they are injecting you with something you are allergic too that
starts the worry cycle to lead to panic attacks so your allergist is
most likely right!!in my eyes the only thing that will make any
venom allergic person stop worrying about getting stung is to go on
the shots and get to the maintanence dose and continue your
maintanence shots!! i havent had a anxiety attack since i got to the
top dose!! i even got stung on the back the arm a few shots short
away from the maintenence dose and still didnt panic!! if i had not
been on the venom shots i would have freaked out and had a major
panic attack on top of the allergic reaction!! Rich
