Hey Ya'll
:)
Even with our drought conditions, the wasps seem to love it here!
The past few weeks we've been getting some cooler temps in between the
above normal temps, but Louisiana does that...alot!
Don't leave your porch light on at night....
and it was a warm night (Tuesday), I stepped outside the door,
and darn if I didn't get stung! in the face! right on my upper lip! A
big paper wasp. There's a nest a few feet away inside the siding and
all summer I have been killing them one by one. Guess I didn't get all
of them after all.
Ouch! It hurt... but not like my maintenace shots. It puffed up just
a wee bit, unlike my maintenace shots, which continue to swell some.
I didn't even take an antihistamine.
I recieved my maintenace shots that morning and asked the doc if I
still needed to keep an epi pen handy, and of course he said yes.
I picked up a new one today
:)
Hope Ya'll have a nice, quite winter
Stay safe
:)
Robin,
down in Louisiana
