honeybee colonies do survive over winter thousands of bees are in a
single colony once the tempature reaches above 50 degrees they come
out so that potted flower must have been a real treat seeing wild
flowers are not in bloom!! i live here in Massachusetts too! and
have seen a few honeybees on warm days in the past few weeks !
havent seen any wasps yet but the Queens should be coming out soon!
