Hey Ya'll
Just, two weekends ago, we had almost 20 hours straight of temps
under 25ºF, but atleast here in Louisiana, if you don't like the
weather just wait a couple of days. Today, and the rest of the week,
we're going to get up to around 80ºF....!!!!!
The wasps are out!!!
......and worst yet
:(
My old yellow 'wasp killing' dog, Max....has departed after 12 years
of being my best friend. He was a great snake detector too! He always
kept an eye on me,.....now my eyes keep getting blinded by tears
:(
My Dad always thought that the cold/freezing winter weather didn't
really do much bug killing.
I did read this though on one of my web wanderings:
You are most likely to get stung on a windy day!!!
Ya'll stay safe
:)

condition is bad for wasps ie cold winters, windy winters, wet
winters, sharp frosts, bad springs, late frosts, etc but down here
in the south of England if it not cold and frosty it is usually wet
and windy. So either way the weather is bad for wasps but we still
get wildly fluctuating populations each year.
