I've had asmtha my whole life..all 19 years - I was diagnosed very
young. I struggled my whole life. I thought that if I lost weight,
that would help. I was 220 lbs and 5'10''. Over the last year, I have
dropped 50 pounds of fat in a very healthy way (eat right, exercise).

I play indoor soccer and it seems like every session I always feel
different. Some nights are fine, other nights are terrible..I just
can't breathe and can hardly focus. Tonight I had a terrible game
(not able to breathe decent or focus at all). I noticed I was
sneezing a lot, especially I got out of the indoor soccer field.
Also, it seems that when I have a game before any other teams are out
an about..I breathe better. I think this is due to the fact that no
dust has circulated around.

I have been very dissapointed with my sport-playing
abilities..especially after trying so hard to loose the weight. I
play football outside a lot, and though the games are not usually as
intense, I still run a lot and able to keep my breathe.

I'm starting to look into seeing an allergist to determine if maybe I
have allergies that trigger asthma. anyway..i know I am not asking
any direct questions right now..but could someone possibly steer me
in the right direction..basically I just want to play sports like a
regular person..either indoor or outdoor. Any comments would be
appreciated as well

Welcome! A couple of thoughts here. You don't mention whether or not you're on any medication for asthma currently. If you're on medication and it just...
