Yummm...chocolate! It's not just for breakfast.

Melanie, when you say you got off track, does that mean you missed
taking your weekly doses? That could have an adverse affect on the
outcome.

I think seeing improvement during the day already is a great thing!
You may have some acid reflux problems that could be exacerbating your
asthma at night. I'd avoid eating after 7:00pm and see if that helps.
Yes - even chocolate. Darn!
