Don't worry, I've been carrying on as per usual. I do notice an
improvement though.

Bad news is my eye infection came back. I'll go see the Doc tomorrow
and hope that I can get some eye drops rather than MORE antibiotics.
It's probably viral anyway and not much to do but suffer and wait it
out.
