Re: Week 2

Melanie, you've only been on the antibiotics for one week!! Don't be
in any hurry to wean yourself off medication. That could be dangerous
and setting yourself up to fail. Get through the round and see where
you're at then. The only time people start to wean themselves off
prior to finishing the round is when they see a number of symptoms have
resolved. For example, I was in week five and noticed I wasn't
yawning, wasn't coughing, wasn't gasping and had more energy, so I
decided to stop taking one of my many meds to see how I was doing.

Your body needs a break, it's been through a lot. Don't try and work
through anything, give it the break it needs, even if that means
continuing with medicine you'd rather not be taking.

Maureen
