Hi Adrian,
The BBC and Journal of Nutrition articles are both interesting, but
based on a quick reading they don't seem to have much of a connection. The
Journal article doesn't mention cholesterol.
I'm no fan of statins, but the BBC article wouldn't convince me to
give them up. Have you found any other info on this? Russ
