Improving Autism is an on-line forum designed to help parents of those diagnosed with a neuro-developmental delay such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Aspergers, or ADHD. This is a group for those who believe in BIOMEDICAL intervention for such disorders ONLY. Please do not join this group if you do not believe that these disorders are treatable. We recommend that you seek the care of a DAN! Doctor, or other doctor familiar with metabolic abnormalities, and or heavy metal toxicity. This site is not meant to take the place of your doctor’s advice. The moderator of this group will assume no responsibility for the medical decisions that you and your doctor make for your child. We do however wish to have an open forum in which parents can share their experiences about biomedical interventions. This list is limited to the discussion of supplements, medications, chelators, & HBOT and any other treatment you may be using, and is not a chat room for reports, or any other discussions that may not be of a biomedical or treatment realated topic. Please feel free to share information and personal stories about Biomedical treatments ONLY. SLANDEROUS REMARKS ABOUT DOCTORS/ CLINICIANS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Part of the requirement for membership of this group is an initial post about your child, their symptoms and what has helped them improve. An update is requested every few months. We request that everyone who joins this group be actively involved.
