I tried two natural cycles with ivig and the ivig was largely covered. Now I'm
gearing up for ivf and ordered one of my two ivig's and it has been rejected.
I'm feeling ill at the thought of paying for ivf, humira, and ivig. Has anyone
had success appealing ivig denial for ivf? We have no infertility coverage.
Not sure why they paid for the first two. Thanks for any suggestions!
