he has prescribed you 25g so he has rounded down as IVIG comes in 5g doses. Not sure what the effects of rounding up would be but you could always ask him.
The other bit is just his instructions to the nurse about the rate/speed which the infusion should take place. Can't remeber what mine said exactly but it was very similar; 3 rates gradullay increasing. I had 20g and it took a total of 2 and a half hours so yours could be a tiny bit longer than that.
