I also have MTHFR and wsa told by one doc to take the Lovenox and had a healthy baby boy in 2005. I was pregnant again this year and a ner peri doc told me not to take the Lovenox and I m/c'd at 13 weeks. I would take the Lovenox...It does not cross the placenta and all you are doing is thinning your blood a bit. Get a medical alert bracelet to let people know you are on a blood thinner so that if you get in an accident they will know hhow to treat you if you bleed out too much....I also take BA, Folgard, Calcium and Fish Oil...Good luck

> Hi Nathalie! I am just like you! I've had two early miscarriages
and have PCOS and homozygous MTHFR. I take two Folgard pills and a
baby aspirin every day which I will need for the rest of my life. I
am trying to get my prescription switched over to Metanyx because it
is supposed to be more easily absorbed in the body. I also took
lovenox injections before my frozen embryo transfer. I know most on
this board start lovenox at cd6 also. Hope that helps. If you ever
want to e-mail me privately, feel free at clarkbarlulu@... Tracy
