I have two questions for you... 1. when was the last time they checked things like zinc, magnesium, etc for you? Sometimes that will make you dump more....

Larry, doesn't matter the age, those things should be monitored at least once a year (twice is preferable) for ostomates.... particularly if you have lost any...

That's the tricky part. Nichola always does it in the morning before she eats or drinks anything........we go thru a lot of wipes. We find its a two person job...
