What are your favourite hints and tips for a new ileostomist?
I start this off:
My best tip would be to find out about and get an ostomy deodorant.
They don't always tell you about these when you first get your bag.
Good ones I can recommend are Ostobon (powder) and OAD (liquid)
deodorants for the bag, both available from Coloplast.
