I use stomahesive powder and then the 3m barrier spray.  LOVE the spray cuz it
coats better than the wipes.  I use Monkey Butt powder under my bag to prevent
chafing.  It's in a yellow container with monkey on the front with a big red
butt.  The ingredients are talc and calamine powder. It helped to clear up a
topical yeast infection.  I don't know how it would do under a wafer.  Do you
have an ostomy nurse you can contact?

I am still battling with a rash my Ally has around her stoma. There USED to be an anti fingal powder... nyastatin i thnk it is called... by they do not make it...

sorry, I forgot an important step.............after she brushes off the excess powder and before the wafer is applied with the Adapt paste sh wipes the area...
