Hi! Shahla,
First thing are you lifting anything over five pounds. If you are stop doing
that right away. I have had three hernia's that was part of the problem.
Second if your to much to soon it can make that problem with me I had five
surgeries in two an half years because I go right back to what I was doing
before the surgery in six weeks or less. They more surgeries you have the
longer you should wait to lift things. Where your intestines are tied down
can pull away from the fleshes easier. Take it easier slow down and see if
that helps.
Just what I had to do. I know its hard just try.

Hi everybody,
I had 3 surgeries in the year of 2006 and 2007 and 2008,
the last one was on november 2008,... 3 months ago, they fixed the hernia of
the right side , then reside the stoma to the left side, ... now after this
operation I have a pain in the left side, and the mussels under the stoma is
getting sowallow and I really scare to get hernia this side, so if anybody
has any advise to protect and prevent hernia, please let me know, I will be
