Track Workout
 
When: Tues(tomorrow), 6:30-8pm, (real time, not ultimate time)
Where: Murchinson School Track, Fart West Blvd and Hart Lane
What: Warmup, stretching, agility exercises, fartleks, hills, throwing

- RSVP if you're coming
- You are welcome to forward this invite
- As a heads up, I'm aiming to do 2 workouts a week.  One on Thursdays and the other will either be Mon or Tues.
- If you want me to remove you from this list, just let me know.
