Hey Folks,
 
I'll be running a track practice tomorrow night (Wednesday July 18) at Murchison Middle School, 6:30pm. It'll go like this:
 
Warmup, 1 mile jog
 
Agility: High Knees, Butt Kicks, Side Shuffles, Karaoke, High Jumps
 
1 Mile Fartlek (Sprint the straight aways, jog the curves)
 
Hills, 3 sets (Cleats recommended)
1 set = Run up forward, jog/walk down backward. Run up backward, jog/walk down backward.
 
10 minute Ab circuit
 
Throwing.
 
Each portion is optional-come prepared to do as much or as little as you like.
