If the rain stops long enough, I'll be running a track practice tomorrow night at Murchison Middle School, 6:30pm. It'll go like this:
Warmup, 1 mile jog
Agility: Ladders
(2 times thru for each one)
- Forward 2-In
- Lateral 2-In (left lead foot, and right lead foot)
- Forward Slalom Jumps
- Backward Slalom Jumps
- Scissors
- Ichy Shuffle (2 in 1 out)
- Reverse ichy Shuffle
- Jab Step (1 in 2 out)
- 3 Step (3 in 3 out)

Shuttles A, 2 sets (cones 10 yards apart, 1:15 rest inbetween reps, 5 minutes rest between sets)

1 set = Run up forward, jog/walk down backward. Run up backward, jog/walk down backward.

Should be a
ball-buster! I promise to make it harder in the coming months. Please reply if you're in; doing this on my own is unlikely to happen.
