Hi Justin, I just noticed you also emailed me direct, as well as through
the yahoo group, and in so doing spotted that you are based in Leeds. I
am very happy to give you paper copies to give out in clinic. I am
working with Craig Russell at the LGI doing exactly that. Can I please
enquire where you are based, because your patient group could be
included in the main study?
