June 6th: What You Didn't Expect While You Were Expecting: Picking up the pieces after a difficult birth experience (no cesarean required!)
We'll talk about the differences between the "baby blues", postpartum depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and postpartum psychosis, and why they occur. Also, how to cope with your baby, your family, your husband and your life in the aftermath of a birth that didn't go as planned.
HomeGrown Baby is located at 3111 Delaware Avenue near Delwood.
Parking is available on the street.
All are welcome to attend! (Nursing babies included!)
