I hope you have all recovered from the little "October Surprise" from a couple of weeks ago!

 

November is Doula Month at ICAN of Buffalo.  Come discuss the benefits of hiring a labor assistant and how doulas may help prevent a cesarean section.  If you have used a doula in the past, feel free to come and share your experiences.  There are at least two area doulas who are expected to be in attendance, so this should be a great opportunity to have your questions answered by the "pros" themselves!

 

Remember, meetings are now on the first **Wednesday** of each month (in this case, November 1st) at 10:45am at HomeGrown Baby, 3111 Delaware Ave. in Kenmore.
