I had Dr. Gugino from Hamburg OBGYN for my vbac baby, during my pregnancy they we're pretty supportive and I was upfront about how what I wanted from day one. I did have some complications with blood pressure and they required *alot* of monitoring (that may have been b/c I had pretty sevre pre-ecclampsia with my 1st) but overall they respected my wishes. Lynn Stock is the CNM/NP in the practice and she was very supportive of me and my plans to VBAC. I got bad vibes from Dr. Zuccala during my 1 visit with him he mentioned more than once that I was petite and might not be able to have a vbac. Dr. Koritz seemed fine with my VBAC plans but I only saw her once or twice. Mostly I saw Dr. Gugino and Lynn Stock. Dr. Gugino delivered me and everything went ok. He did seem a little irritated that I came in so late (8.5cm and 40mins before the baby was born) but the next morning he was joking about it and seemed genuinely happy for me. Dr. Constantino is now in the practice and I don't know anything about him. Problem with Hamburg OBGYN is you have no choice of who delivers you- it just depends on who's on call. They deliver at Mercy Hospital in S. Buffalo.
